  4. Packet Zarda ka Rang Small

  7. 1 Tablespoon Adrak Powder
  8. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  9. 4-5 Tablespoons of Hari Dhania
  10. 6-7 Green Chilies (if big) or 10-12 Green Chilies (if small)
  11. 1 Kilo of Fresh Yogurt
  12. 1 Small Cup of Oil

Steps to make BBQ Chicken Boti

  1. Take a large bowl and place the pieces of chicken inside, and add water.
  2. Wash the chicken and submerge into water completely. Leave it to soak for 40 minutes.
  3. Clean the water out.
  4. Add 1 small cup of White Vinegar.
  5. Keep chicken in strainer for 30 minutes.
  6. When completely soaked, add 2 table spoons of Lehsan Powder and 1 table spoon of Adrak Powder.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt (taste it according to your flavor).
  8. Marinate Chicken for 15 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile Chicken is marinating, add 4-5 tablespoons of hari dhania and hari mirch (according to size) in a bowl. Grind it thoroughly, and make a paste.
  10. Keep in tea stainer and separate water in small bowl.
  11. Add crushed paste in medium bowl. Add 2 small cups of fresh yogurt in bowl. Add 1 small cup of oil in bowl.
  12. Add full packet of Chicken Tikka Masala (80 grams).
  13. Add half-teaspoon of Zarda ka Rang.
  14. Mix it well and add it in chicken. Mix the whole thoroughly.
  15. Keep chicken in fridge (marination) for max 1 hour.
  16. Add the water of hari mirch and hari dhania paste form small bowl to medium bowl. Add Fresh Yogurt till the liquid is Light Plant Green.
  17. After 1 hour marination, take out the chicken and pierce it into the seekh sticks.
  18. Place the coal (or charcoal if you do not have coal) in the grill.
  19. Roll up piece of paper (not toilet paper) in a circular way in the grill. Wrap the coal or charcoal pieces around the paper. Add Kerosene Oil in center of the paper, and on coal. Put the oil on fire, by matches or lighter gun.
  20. Fan the Coal till fire goes out, and the coal is white and red.
  21. Place Chicken Boti Seekh on grill, and Enjoy the Fun!
