- Handful (25g) Baby Leaf Spinach, Raw
- Teaspoon (4g) Dried Chilli Flakes
- Teaspoon Mixed Herbs, Dried
- Teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions to make Korean bbq beef
- Season the beef with the mixed herbs, pinch salt, pinch pepper, oil and mix then add to oven @200 ~20min
- Once above goes into oven, start the rice with the peas to boil/simmer and chop the onion large slices. Rinse the beans off and sit to the side.
- Once boiled, drain and add the peas to beans in the strainer and sit rice aside. Once dried a bit add to the wok with the butter, onion, and rice. Add rest of salt, pepper, and the chilli flakes and stir through.
- Heat wok on low heat when beef is about 5 minutes out and stir through. Add the beef and cover ~15min. Add the bbq sauce and stir through regularly and cover. Add the spinach ~5min left then serve up.
