- Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinate prawns,square onions,tomatoes,capsicum into the Sikh sticks moistened with oil & keep these in grill pan in low red flame for 5 to 10 mints.

- After one side is cooked revolve the Sikh sticks to the other side.

- Brush the Sikh Kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter Sikh kebab masala.

- Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonnaise.
