  1. First, Place wooden skewers in a water bath to soak for 20 minutes. This prevents them from burning or shredding when cooked with. Start your grill or preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Next, place shrimp into a bowl or dish and begin to marinate. Add seasoning, chili garlic sauce, hot honey, sweet chili sauce, & 1/2 cup bbq sauce. Then, cut off 1/4 - 1/3 of the onion. Slice it & add into shrimp mixture. Also, drain the peach juice from the can onto shrimp. Toss to coat. Cover & set aside. (You can also place this to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours if you have the time.)
  3. Meanwhile, wash broccoli & slice off florets. Also, cut the remaining onion with a "rough chop" into larger pieces. Remove peaches from can & bacon from the pack to prepare for making kabob skewers. Cut bacon slices into halves horizontally.
  4. Then, get a large plate, tray, or pan & begin to load your sticks. Start by taking a half slice of bacon, wrap it around a piece of shrimp & load it onto the skewer stick. Follow with an onion chop, a peach half, & a broccoli floret. Then, Repeat the sequence 2-4 times on each skewer kabob until you have used all ingredients.
  5. Lastly, cover your finished skewer kabobs generously with bbq sauce. Voila! Ready to be cooked! (They can be made in the oven or on the grill.)
  6. I cooked on the grill this time. It took about 25 minutes there. If cooking in the oven, 10-20 minutes should work perfect. Or until shrimp & broccoli are done all the way through. Enjoy!
